Reading is not a substitute for an exam
Everything above is written to help you understand what might be going on and what care would involve. None of it can tell you what is actually wrong with your back, because the same symptom can come from a joint, a disc, a nerve, or the muscle compensating for one of those, and telling them apart takes hands and a range-of-motion measurement.
If something you read here matches your situation, bring it up at your first visit. Patients who arrive with a specific question usually get more out of the exam than those who arrive saying only that it hurts.
