We are in the professional building at 550 Stanton Christiana Road, Suite 302 — not the street-level retail strip. Come in off Routes 4 and 7, park in the complex lot, and follow signs for Suite 302.

This office sits on the Routes 4 and 7 / Christiana Mall corridor, so most patients arrive via I-95, Route 4, Route 7, and University of Delaware campus traffic. This is the founding Pure Wellness office — not Silverside Road in Wilmington and not a walk-up on Main Street Newark — if a map application has sent you to another Pure Wellness address, you are at the wrong building, and the full clinic list will sort it out.

The new patient exam is advertised starting at $78, and a consultation alone is $39. Insurance is accepted here and staff verify your benefits at no charge before care starts — if you use insurance, what you pay may be less than the advertised fee. We also take auto accident and workers' compensation cases.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, your insurance cards, and any recent imaging or reports. Printing and completing the intake forms beforehand saves you filling in a clipboard while your back hurts.
